Ron Kraft

Ron Kraft is an award-winning communications and change management expert with more than 25 years experience. Combining a relentless drive for excellence with the vision and strategy to deliver engaging communications, Ron helps clients move from where they are today to where they need to be tomorrow.

Before establishing Bonavox, Ron served for 10+ years as the Founder and Managing Director of the Change + Communications practice for Conexis, planning and executing a wide range of corporate, web, and change management initiatives across Amgen Inc., the world’s largest biotechnology company. His work touched virtually every department in the organization – compliance, diversity, finance, global regulatory affairs, human resources, information services, operations, and research and development.

Prior to Conexis Ron served in a variety of corporate, leadership and consulting assignments for companies such as Disney, Kmart, Productopia, Bankers Trust Co., and Sotheby’s.

As a strategist, as a tactician and as a writer, Ron uses every crayon in the box to find the right idea, the best platform and the most compelling words. He developed and executed numerous initiatives that drove change, achieved financial targets and created greater brand value. His work has entailed establishing online presences for legendary brands and building dynamic, fresh ones for new ventures.

Ron graduated from Stanford University with a B.A. in International Economics. He lives in Los Angeles with his dog, Bobo who chases imaginary birds. They have a lot in common.

Theresa Barnts

Theresa Barnts understands that “one size fits nobody” and respects that her clients are the true subject matter experts on their needs, their goals, and their people. She works tirelessly to draw out that knowledge and then apply change and communication best practices to develop unique plans that help them achieve their business goals. Nothing less is good enough.

Theresa started her career at Spencer Communications, a full-service agency specializing in high-dollar recreational products, where she conducted media buying, planned press events, wrote ad copy and developed print collateral. From there she launched her own consultancy and successfully helped a wide range of organizations promote their programs and navigate organizational changes in a global environment.

Highly analytical yet creatively driven, Theresa’s work has been consistently sought out by companies as diverse as Warner Bros., Amgen Inc., and Medtronic Diabetes. Her clear vision and strong sense of collaboration help unite diverse stakeholders around a consistent message, and then keep those messages from getting lost in the fray of a large, complex project.

In 2012 Theresa teamed up with partner Ron Kraft to found Bonavox on the premise that good people, good work and having a good working experience are not mutually exclusive. When not dreaming up communication plans that will change the world, Theresa spends time helping her toddler find his shoes.
