Bonavox is a people-first company so we are excited to spotlight the good people who make up our team.

Today, we’d like to introduce you to Daniela Peltekova who brings a human-centered approach to her current project energizing change in patient advocacy.

Bonavox: Daniela, how does working at Bonavox align with your own approach to change management?

Daniela Peltekova: I’ve always been interested in tracking and facilitating change – both on the individual and organizational level. I was drawn to Bonavox because we prioritize empathy and the human element of change with each of our clients. We operate on the belief that strategy and new structures are not enough to “move” people to embrace change. Rather than hiding behind PowerPoint presentations, Bonavox’s approach to change management involves communicating authentically, involving people, and holding out a transparent vision of where a group or organization wants to go. This approach allows change to organically happen through staff and other stakeholders, instead of letting people be victimized by change.

Life is all about embracing constant inner and outer change.

Can you tell us a little about the project you’re currently working on?

I’m very proud of the project that I’ve been working on for over 2 years now. It is about inspiring and energizing change in the way patient advocacy is perceived and elevated within the company where I consult. It feels like a worthwhile effort – making a real difference for people, especially in the current environment.

Bonavox prioritizes a work-life balance. What does this look like for you personally?

In addition to my business work with Bonavox in change communications, I lead conscious dance meditations that are about individual and group transformations. These two worlds complement and inform each other and I enjoy bringing the spark of creativity and freedom I receive from dance into my business communications work.

It feels like a worthwhile effort – making a real difference for people, especially in the current environment.

What’s something you appreciate about Bonavox that not everyone would know about us?

Bonavox is agile and attuned to the specific needs of our clients while upholding our values within our own company culture. The Bonavox team supports each other, bringing many years of collective experience to our client work. To me that’s a winning combination for tackling challenges and seeing transformational results.

What are you looking forward to right now?

My family lives in Europe and I haven’t been able to travel to see them during quarantine. I’m looking forward to a wonderful end-of-year holiday season with my loved ones in person. After a 2-week quarantine period, of course!
